Tina Lux-Boim, President & COO
Tina Lux-Boim is a co-founder of MMI and serves as the company’s President. In this role, Tina oversees the day to day operations of the business, and works with the rest of the management team on setting overall strategy and driving execution.
A successful serial entrepreneur, Tina has launched several businesses from the ground up and built them into multi-million dollar operations. She brings nearly 20 years of experience in the technology industry, with in-depth expertise in hardware service and maintenance and software licensing.
Before starting MMI, Tina started and ran two business units for Champion Solutions Group (CSG), an IBM Premier Business Partner and major provider of technology infrastructure solutions. She first launched and grew their software consulting practice, leading a team of sales and technical experts in growing the unit to $15MM in revenue in just 3 years.
Tina then formed a technology service contract and consulting business unit and led this highly profitable business in sustained growth to over $30MM in revenues in 6 years. Recognizing a real market need, she coordinated with CSG to spin out the business unit as a separate company, establishing MMI in July 2007. |

Frank Casillo, Executive Vice President
Frank Casillo brings over 15 years of business development experience in the technology and communication industries to MMI. As Executive Vice President, Frank is responsible for the strategy and execution of all of the company’s sales and marketing activities.
Prior to taking on the EVP role for MMI, Frank served as Director of Marketing at Agilysys, Inc. for their North American IBM business unit. During his tenure at Agilysys, he developed and implemented a successful business development program for this strategic business unit. He also developed and managed successful, lucrative relationships with key technology vendors and partners.
Before joining Agilysys, Frank held several account executive positions at IBM Corp., then moved into a sales management role in which he managed a sales team responsible for the entire Eastern US territory. A results-driven innovator, Frank pioneered highly successful new sales strategies for his IBM team. He also worked with some key IBM channel partners, assisting with the roll-out of the Cisco-IBM alliance program in their online sales centers. |
